We like how easy it is for us to use for our entire staff. Their customer service support is always helpful and they will do everything to make sure you are happy with thier products. I dislike that their mobile application isn't available in Canada. Make sure you ask lots of questions when signing up and look for testimonials! We have eliminated many of our spreadsheets through this product. It makes tracking our finances so much easier than other applications we had. It's the only way for me to keep track of how often I pay certain bills each month. It's easy to use and has everything we need in one place. I like that it can be used by different departments within our organization. We also really like that you can add multiple users at once for added security. Sometimes there are minor glitches in the system that make it hard to find what you're looking for. Overall, it's been great. My team and I have been able to streamline our processes and cut down on manual paperwork.
