Would love to get 5 stars IF the charger wasn't just for this product. It has a long battery life, but if I forget to charge it at work during the day, it dies. I don't want to carry another charger around with me. I keep forgetting. It's my fault for not looking into it initially, but I try not to use it that often just for that reason. Well they got their $60 or $80 from me - won't buy them again. That said, great things I have to point out: It's obviously quite loud when I need it, and it sits comfortably on my little scops. I like the boom for two reasons: 1. because people SEE it, so they don't think I'm talking to myself, and 2. because my recipient always hears me well, the question "What?" never comes up. or "Huh?" if I'm driving next to a rice cooker or a diesel. I LOVE that it has a "talk to text" feature so I can text "(anything the fuck I want)" while driving. He'll call you on the phone too if you tell him, nice little slave chooser. It's also user-friendly. So if your great grandmother wanted to use it, I'm pretty sure she could figure it out.
