I was looking for a lightweight jacket that would be suitable for cool spring and fall weather. I'm 5ft 2in and usually wear X-Small or Small in a t-shirt depending on the brand. I'm a size 1 in most jeans. I really liked the burgundy color of this jacket so I ordered a size down. Despite the small fit I didn't think it would work as a jacket - too suitable for that purpose. So I decided to order this medium sized jacket, the replacement fits more like a jacket, that's what I wanted. I returned the small size and left the medium size. I decided to buy a few more of these different colors. I'm medium height in the photos. There are a few things to consider when choosing which size to buy. . If you want to wear it as a light jacket over a t-shirt, your normal size will do, especially if you plan on leaving it open. The sleeves don't fit at all and are comfortable. The 2 inner pockets are big enough to carry a cellphone, small tablet, checkbook or wallet. If you plan to wear this as a jacket and especially if you plan to stash it in the inner zipped pockets, this would be one good idea to order one size bigger. If you order your normal size and close the jacket, everything in the pockets looks like a bulge. What do I like about this jacket? 1) Very soft and light but warm. 2) Can be worn as a jacket or indoors in winter when the house is chilly. 3) Has exterior zippered pockets big enough to put a wallet or small essentials. 4) Has deep pockets inside on each side for a phone or other large items you take with you. 5) It has a hood that can be used to protect against wind and weather, but is not so thick that it interferes with long hair like some hoods. Conclusion: I can definitely recommend this jacket. I hope this review was helpful to you. I'll update it if my mind changes.
