Easy to understand how it functions in real world situationsEasy access for my customers who need help immediately with their issuesInstant feedback from other users so I can quickly respond when neededBest customer supportThe community behind this software has been amazing!No easy way to contact management or executives about problems/questionsWe've had several instances where clients have said they love our product but are unable to use because there's no phone number we could call them at - only an email address which takes time sometimes just for us techies (and then even more if you're trying to get through during business hours!)This gives me pause though as maybe people might be uncomfortable calling up someone else directly without having some kind of recourse?
