I bought this item to make a sausage board. I don't have much space in the kitchen. A large sausage board that is hardly used is a waste of space for me. I love that I can also use it as a cutting board. I can easily tuck it against the wall where it's out of the way and not as bulky. Good quality. It dries a little after washing, but that's easy to fix.
