It's quite easy for users with little experience or knowledge about CRM software systems such as ours. The ability to customise our own data fields has been very useful when adding new features that weren't initially available within this product range but are now included by default! We haven’t found any downsides so far - it seems like they continue making improvements every week/month etc., which makes us feel confident using their products long term. Our main benefits have come from being able to create more bespoke reports than we could previously; allowing customers who were not part of an existing target audience group access to information relevant to them without having to go through several layers of approval first.
