Review on PDP Gaming Wired Controller: Phantasm Red - Xbox One | The Ultimate Gaming Experience by Shannon Judd

I only bought this for the headset jack, I didn't use any buttons or anything. I always kept it on my shelf where it couldn't get damaged and used a decent party chat cable. Well after a month he decided to make strange noises that made it impossible to use him with party chat, even the other end of the party couldn't stand the noises. I've also tried different micro USB cables and tried all the USB ports on the Xbox to see if that was the problem and that didn't solve it at all. He thinks he has a faulty audio encoding/decoding chip. All I know is that I received a defective controller.
