There is nothing wrong with this product, my Sony a6300 loves this thing and so do I. It makes my camera look more professional, my only complaint is that they don't include a grip for the front. I have medium sized hands so gripping isn't a problem, it just looks better with a grip. I went and ordered a 3D printed hand crank. If you google the Sony 6300 grip you will find it and order it.
