I like that we can see everything at once when there is an issue or question with payroll processing for our employees - both those who are directly involved as well other departments such as benefits administration etc.. The system does not always recognize changes made by others so be sure you do what needs doing before submitting! This has been resolved but was something they were working through during their transition from another provider (not rpp). We have eliminated most issues related pay lag time due process errors which previously would take days/weeks just waiting until someone got around themselfs enought o fix things manually rather than correctly using this tool instead!!
