Review on Heart Internet by Carlos Massey

The customer support service was fast to respond but I had issues with my billing account. They were able to resolve within minutes but it took me weeks to get credit back into my bank due to how long their response time was. It's been years since we've used this provider so can't say that they are better or worse than others in terms of quality now compared to then. But at least from our experience when working together there has never been an issue. We have hosted several websites using them for around 9yrs, some still running.
