Review on MOSISO MacBook Pro 13 Case 2019 2018 2017 2016 Release A2159 A1989 A1706 A1708 - Airy Blue, Hard Shell Case with Keyboard Cover & Screen Protector - Protective Plastic Corner by Jonathan Lloyd

I like the shape of the case and even the nice texture it feels. It's not smooth to the touch and compliments my MacBook Pro Space Grey. The problem is that I rarely take my MBPro out of the home office. It has only been backpacked about 6 times. I'm way too cautious with my $2,000 investment and have never bumped, knocked, or dropped my MacBook. You don't even call! Well, this case tells a different story. Small pieces have broken off the case and there are also a few cracks - mainly in the front corners. The rear corners on the hinges are clean and show no signs of wear. I'm the only user of my computer, but the cracking of the case suggests a rough use that is so far from my reality that it's just plain insane. Not sure why the case breaks when it has never been subjected to any stress other than opening and closing the lid. When the piece first fell off I found it on my desk and was shocked as the laptop had never seen the inside of the bag up to that point. I ordered a second case hoping it would hold up better. If not, I'll abandon ship and look for another brand and material that better suits my super easy use. I'm disappointed but willing to give him another chance to see if the situation improves.
