Review on ACES for Business by Joseph Meola
A perfect tool for CRM, CX and Customer Experience Management
I had been using another software from a different vendor called Aspect which also has similar features as this product however it was not easy at all to use in our team who are mostly millennials or Gen Z users (very new user).
The UI/UX of ACEs For business makes me feel more comfortable about sharing my data online! Sometimes you have to wait longer than expected when trying out your favourite feature especially if its first time usage but overall experience so far great!! This could be improved by adding additional fields like mobile number verification during onboarding process! With Ace's we will solve customer relationship management issues within organizations.

- Easy implementation & deployment, no setup required
- Excellent support services offered
- Quick response times.
- Very little training is needed before starting with Aces ! It works very well even without any knowledge whatsoever :)
Cons
- Nothing really comes up that i dislike currently.
- Would love faster loading speed
