Review on Samsung ECR K10AWEGSTA Full Keyboard Galaxy by Robert Gomatham

This keyboard/dock was purchased for my college aged granddaughter. It is not suitable for Tab2 7" WiFi only Galaxy Tab 2. Therefore I cannot rate this purchase. After contacting Samsung by phone I found out that the correct keyboard/dock for 7" WiFi tablet is only EKD- K11AWEBSTD is available on Samsung's website Price: $79.99 Samsung employees said there is confusion about the different keyboards/docks I understand that the Revain's keyboard/dock is compatible with 1st Gen 7" tablets. Generation works If you read the customer comments you will see that I'm not the only person who had this problem. Revain's customer service couldn't be better. They responded very quickly and politely. I suggested that Revain clearly label tablet accessories (stands, cases, keyboards, keyboard docks, etc.) so the customer knows what type of tablet it is "paired" with. Using Samsung product numbers and model numbers helps to clarify the ordering process for each .cli customer support entov Samsung is also very helpful. I ordered the correct keyboard on November 9, 2012. Samsung will contact me if there is more than 14 days delay. I'm a Mac user and I haven't experienced this problem with Apple products. Revain is very clear on all of their Kindle products and the right sizes of cases, connectors, etc. The bottom line is as follows - if my granddaughter is happy, I'm happy ru. It will be when the correct keyboard is supplied.
