It's just a regular cheap wallet, no indication that it actually blocks RFID. There is no stamp or tag to indicate RFID blocking technology. It doesn't even have the proverbial "Made in China" label. I have absolutely no confidence in my cards and information being secure but it seems well done. So if you are looking for a basic canvas wallet, this might be a good choice.
