Review on Boooom by Adam Ross

I love that you can search by title or location within an organization! It's very helpful if you are looking for something specific. The ability to see what other candidates have applied (and accepted) helps me make my decision faster as well. Sometimes it seems like there isn't much information about each position. For example, when searching for an entry level designer position, there wasn't enough info on salary range, benefits etc. This makes it difficult to compare salaries across different positions/companies. Also, sometimes the website freezes up or crashes so be careful while applying. When browsing through jobs, it would really help if job titles were listed in order of seniority instead of alphabetical. It also could use some more filters - especially ones relating to gender and ethnicity. We've been able to find new roles which we weren't previously aware of using this platform.
