I was afraid to buy a pillow that can be filled with water but my neck pain got too bad and I tried almost all types of pillows. there (down, alternative down, latex, traditional, etc.). So it took a while for the water level to be optimal for my comfort when it arrived, but I cooked it the first night. The coolness of the water was a bit embarrassing at first, but now I don't even notice! This pillow is great, it adjusts just the way I need it to soothe my neck. I sleep on my side and would recommend it to anyone who sleeps on their side with neck pain!
