This is a beautifully designed towel warmer made from high quality stainless steel. However, there are two downsides: the switch and the power cord. The switch is firmly pressed in and is located on the underside where it is not visible whether it is on or off. The rolled-up power cord severely limits the range of the device. I had to cut through the drywall to install a new outlet for this heater, or use it with an extension cord, which the manufacturer warns against. Also, the manufacturer's claim that the device turns off after a while if you leave it on is just plain wrong. It doesn't have a thermostat and is either all the way on or all the way off.
