So first I want to address everyone by saying that the instructions are not in English. The packaging is not in English BUT if you look inside there is a sheet of paper with instructions. ONE SIDE IS IN ASIAN AND THE OTHER SIDE IS IN ENGLISH lol. So, you know, you have to look at everything before you just go with what everyone says. Once you read the instructions, the process becomes very easy. However, you have to be careful (I accidentally closed the front camera on the first try, not realizing that there was room on the other side of the cover for the camera). The kit also includes 3 dust removal items: cloth, screen cleaner and tape. To be honest I think when reading these reviews people just didn't take the time to read the instructions and apply them with patience. I don't know but I LOVE IT. The product itself feels great on my iPad. I love that it doesn't even look like I'm wearing a lid. I will definitely buy again.
