I bought a Go Mic to record YouTube videos. We were recording outside today and the mic went on and off. The results are unacceptable and I have emailed Samson to see if the issue can be resolved. I have a number of other Samson products that I am very happy with, but if there is no solution then the quality of the microphones is unacceptable and I cannot continue using the product. Yesterday I got a reply from Samson who said, 'If you have a beltpack in a less exposed area or further in front of the body, does that solve the problem? This system operates at 2.4 GHz, which is a very "fine" frequency wave. Because this waveform is so thin, it can easily be blocked by a body, walls, and other obstacles of this kind.” We're filming in an area where we have a lot of interference, so the audio is constantly breaking. I am returning the device and will buy another UHF device. I bought a Samson CR88V receiver which should solve my problem.
