Used this hair (14 inch, 3 packs) on my client today. They had a slight smell today when I just took them out of the box but after I washed them the smell was gone. The curl pattern represented a typical body wave. I had to color my hair with 1A Cool Black as the hair was a warm shade of red that didn't go over well with my clients. It took color very well. I did find some red and yellow threads (filler) but not as much as other brands. Hair held up and didn't tangle as I rinsed and rinsed out the color. I noticed NO shedding even when I combed through some conditioner while it was wet. The hair was of excellent texture. Only 2.5 out of 3 tufts used for the mid section with minimal bouncing but the end result was still very full. I trim off almost an inch from the ends just to look better overall, but I wouldn't say it's necessary. My client just wanted it to look blunter and the ends a bit thinner. 2 inch curling iron on it, the hair had really good bounce and volume. As long as my client says it holds up well until her next visit, I will recommend this hair to future clients. Oh, and my client loved that she sent two foam rollers and a pair of lashes as a free gift (you can see the red and yellow fill thread in the picture and the red tint on the heat test hair trail).
