My daughter and I love this skirt. It is well made and is a soft, stretchy cotton. If you want to wear it as a maxi skirt, be sure to size it up. I ordered 7-8 and my daughter who normally wears a 6 and is 45 inches tall. She loves the bags (probably her favorite part) and that they match her school colors. The waist is very elastic, making it suitable for both a smaller and a larger waist. Washes well and doesn't even shrink.
