Very cute and flowy, soft, machine washable! ("Handbag" is meaningless.) The dress deserves 5 stars, but the given size selection is wrong. I bought this for my super small (26lbs) 3 year old daughter thinking it would be big but she could wear it to dress up for a few years. As it turns out, it fits her almost perfectly. At an average age of 5 years, which is the small end of the size range given, it will be quite short and likely to be snug on the body.
