Good things first: out of the box these headphones sound fantastic (good bass, good mids and good highs) and offer reasonably good noise cancellation too. Experience straight out of the box. The included wingtips help keep the headphones in place (I use them all the time just to keep them secure in my ear). Pairing with any device is seamless if you follow the instructions in the manual. And of course USB-C on the charging case. Not so good: There's no way to control the volume from the headphones themselves. You have to do this through the device that controls the buds. Also, the touch controls weren't always responsive in my 2 weeks of use. Hopefully future firmware updates will fix these issues. Finally, there are no LED indicators on the charging case to show the charging status (you can see the charging status of the earbuds when you connect them to your phone/laptop/other device). 4 stars for the sound quality, clarity and portability of these headphones. If there is a firmware update I will upgrade it to 4.5! Good price. Edit: I sent them back because the battery life was getting so bad I couldn't even get 40 minutes of playback on an 80% charge. Also, the headphones no longer charged to 100% and I had no way of determining whether it was a hardware failure in the headphones or the charging case (because it's impossible to know the battery level in the case). However, I still maintain that the sound quality was really good after the dip.
