100% fits my 2016.
Only 3 removal screws and 1 connector. With an 8mm head and nut, it took only a few minutes to remove. One click to remove connector, install assembly and connector. it took less than 5 minutes. Now my fan is fully open and is actually blowing out some air that the original lost over the years.
