Change anchors when not drilling in wood.
Not easy to install. The anchors are ridiculously bulky, and the flimsy red plastic bits that are designed to make the anchors pop out when stuck into holes in the wall are useless. I cut off the inside of the plastic anchors and everything was fine. One might think that they are made to support the weight of the human body and not just a hook for a towel and maybe a robe. Once installed they look great.
