Strong but not equal
I used them to make hair ties for my little one. We use them all the time and they are durable; I haven't noticed any of them stretch yet. However, not all are equally strong; Some colors felt weaker right out of the box and don't have the firm elasticity that the rest have. I was a little disappointed that the white color was weak. Spring.
