I'm blonde. I always looked blurry when I wasn't wearing mascara. When I lived in Jersey I tinted my lashes every 6 weeks. It's only $10-15 a piece. When I moved to North Carolina I had trouble finding someone to dye my lashes let alone do it well and the cost was TWICE what I was used to. I figured out what the heck, I had enough procedures to know how to do it, so I did a little research and read I need a developer. I bought this 3% 10vol. Developer together with Refectocil black dye. I already had a small glass mixing bowl (because I also started doing my own gel nails here in the salons due to the high prices and poor quality of work) so I only needed disposable brushes. A piece of Saran Wrap 3 x 3 inches up to my bottom lashes. I mixed the dye and developer and was a bit unsure because it was originally a light gray color. But after a few minutes it went black. I applied the mixture liberally to my right eye and left it closed. Once that was done, I lifted the bottom of the Saran Wrap and folded it so that the bottom and top of my lashes were covered and the mixture stayed in place. After 10 minutes I took a dry towel and wiped as much of the used mixture as possible onto my lashes, switched to Saran Wrap and ruined everything. I then used a damp cloth and cleaned up what was left. Then I repeated the process for my left eye. What I spent on the initial investment has already paid off! I absolutely recommend this product!
