After receiving my first 11-in-1 dock and encountering some issues, the seller quickly replaced my dock. Unfortunately, the second 11 in 1 docking station had exactly the same problems. I am using a docking station with a new 2019 MacBook Pro. Here are the problems I found: - When an ethernet cable is plugged into an ethernet port, my entire router goes down within an hour or two. At first I thought it was a problem with my router, but I found out that it only happens when my dock is plugged in. As soon as I turn off the dock, the router (Google Wifi) turns back on. - USB ports on and off. . My USB devices such as mouse, camera, etc. are randomly disconnected and need to be disconnected/reconnected to the router to use them. Any monitor connected to the HDMI port will begin to oscillate over time. Also, I have to unplug and plug my monitor back in every 2-3 hours. Overall I'm very disappointed with this docking station and would recommend you stay away from it. Other than that the seller was very nice and although both docks have the same issue they were easy to work with.
