I just received this cable and am returning it. I needed a new cable for my work cart paired with a quick charge adapter and figured this would suit my needs. My old cable charges my Galaxy Note 9 at around 420mA (according to Ampere) and I mostly get a slow charging warning. When I connected this cable to the adapter, the charging voltage of this cable was about 460 mA on average. I reconnected the old cable and it reported a mA reading of about 870mA. So this cable basically charged my phone at a voltage that was either almost the same or significantly lower than the old faulty cable. I then tried it at home with a fully charged wall adapter and it had almost identical low voltage readings. I would not recommend it.
