So I bought a bath spout from a 'competitor' and was completely disappointed with both the quality and the different description on the website. This is what prompted me to purchase a bathtub spout, which is the "sister" of the wall-mounted napkin holder. When it was delivered I was absolutely thrilled. It was a "solid" (read: heavy) piece of metal. It definitely felt like a solid piece. It was installed and I decided that the rest of my furnishings would stay in the family during the remodel. So I bought the paper holder. When it arrived I was again completely satisfied with the weight of the item. It does a great job in the TP family role, and the "shelf" at the top looks nice and is a great place to put your phone. (If I've ever taken my phone into the bathroom, which I don't, yes, that's my story). PS - this also prompted me to buy matching towel rings - important stuff too. You get what you pay for.
