Honestly, I guessed it from a lot of the products I looked at when buying my cosmetics. Stress was probably the cause of my skin problem. I was very happy to see the results after two days. I use it twice a day now and happily throw away the product I used. It's hard to find a reasonably priced product that actually uses organic ingredients. That's all for this customer. In addition, the dispenser is very easy to use. The most important factor for me was the emails I received even before the product arrived to make sure I liked/received the product. No other seller on Amazon has done this for me. Erica also emailed to make sure the product works and if I have any other comments/concerns. So I'm spreading the word now. Thanks again!
