Okay but there are issues

Obviously a much longer cable is needed to be in the window. There is a battery pack in the middle of the cable and there must be a way around it as it is in an awkward spot. If you choose not to use batteries you will need your own USB power supply so this is an optional purchase. Some kind of crap. We make it work, but it has a lot of hanging parts because of the cord.
