We started quite fluffy and comfortable. We let it expand in directions. After sleeping on it for 4-5 days, my husband and I could tell something was wrong. Just by looking, you can see that the bed is lowered. No, we are not fat. He "doesn't bounce back" like he should. It's like sleeping on a lumpy rock. I literally woke up stunned with so much back pain I had to lay on the couch. So relentless that we sadly got rid of our other mattress so we're stuck until we get another new one. It won't even work as a mattress in the guest room. It's terrible. I guess it's my fault for thinking a bed at this price was really worth it. I emailed support and NEVER received a reply. Over him !
