Review on Hbada Ergonomic Adjustable Breathable Skin Friendly by Ann Coleman

Initially I stuck with this because I thought the lumbar support was overkill and I wasn't sure if I would always be uncomfortable or the chair would 'fix' my back " would , I came back because my back is FIXED. I give the chair 5 stars because it has helped me (but I will list a few cons below). I thought I'd never get better if I didn't stop flexing. I got this chair, had initial discomfort, then had my back fixed. BUT it turned out that by correcting my posture, the chair also fixed my breathing. Everyone knows you don't breathe that deeply when you sit back, but did you know that it really matters? Plus: It's comfortable and very easy to set up (it took me 10 minutes). The armrests are low and not adjustable. Also, the lumbar support mechanism is not removable (so you don't have the option to turn it into a 'regular' chair). The headrest is easy to remove and put back on, which I like.
