It's pretty much what you might think

That's pretty much what you might think. No complaints other than the rubber o-ring not seating well in the water pump housing. Not sure if this is Sierra's fault as the manufacturer or just poor design by OMC. First, wedging the silicone gasket helped hold it in place (much like marine lube did) while you complete the reassembly. It definitely makes sense to have two pairs of hands.
