Front pocket missing

I returned this item because there is 1 zipper in the front pocket so when opened the page will pop open immediately and the contents will spill limiting its usefulness. I also prefer the hard lining, but I might still keep that if the front pocket wasn't so useless. The lack of structure made it difficult to carry and use, but it would keep blue ice cold for at least 24 hours!
