Very disappointed. This product is NOT a product as described. I received another bottle with a similar color and label but the formula is definitely NOT L'Oreal Inoa Rich Developer 20 vol. I want my money back and will never buy online again. It didn't cover any of my gray hairs. When I bought another one from a real store it was covered. Don't trust these people. They either dilute the product or sell expired developer or replace it with something else. This is not a real product. Misrepresentation. Not as advertised. Attention buyers.
