I ordered these Keepers knowing I would eventually have to return them as I wasn't entirely sure they would save money as advertised. The boy was pleasantly surprised! I love fresh spring and baby lettuce which is hard to keep fresh - it gets wet, limp and slimy and I end up wasting about 20% each week. I used this - followed the instructions to prime and add water closely and was curious if I needed a return label. To my great surprise, he does what he says. My salad stayed crisp and crunchy with no sticky, slimy substance to sift through to see if you could save enough for that final salad. This keeper should pay for itself in no time, and thanks to it I'll be enjoying a much crispier and fresher salad. You did a good job with the preparation!
