They are true to size.
To order these sets for my child's 1st birthday, he is 11 months old, he will be 12 months on October 31st. but he really is a size 3 in infancy. I order size 6-12 months in shoes to fit when his feet are in shoes but as you can see the photos posted. So I had to get a bigger size for the extra room. but that's his size so it fits but should have been a size up. Shoes appear larger on the outside than on the inside. It has room outside the boot, but when the foot is in the boot there isn't much room.
