I don't normally write product reviews but wanted to say to interested buyers that this is a great bag. I've had several Haiku bags in the past, all beautiful but usually uncomfortable to wear because the straps were too thin. This bag doesn't have that problem thanks to the rolled handles and the shoulder strap is soft and doesn't stretch. I also like the size of the bag. It's not big but offers enough space for traveling and commuting. My laptop, electronic accessories, glasses, pens, a small purse and notepads all fit in comfortably. A+
