Review on Macally Protective Case Cover For 11-Inch MacBook Air (SlimFolio11M) by Non Martin

I just installed this case on my 11" MacBook Air and I don't think it will come off any time soon. This case is very stylish and worth every penny of the $40 paid for it. I like the packaging it's plastic (recyclable and very minimal) but the print contrasts with the body and really makes it stand out If you really feel like you have a premium product before you take it out of the box ! I always clean my devices and case before installation to avoid trapping dust and causing surface abrasions. No problems with this cover! The inside is made of a VERY soft microfiber lining. Reminds me of suede and feels like silk, if you run your fingers over it!The exterior is likely made from a faux leather mix and has a metallic finish that looks fantastic.The Lic ht lifts it up and makes it hard as metal but smooth to the touch. The entire lid extends beyond the Macbook Air on all sides and technically snaps firmly onto the top of the case and slides over the bottom of the case as you open and close the device. You have to flex the case a bit to snap it into place (per the instructions) and the locking rails seem strong enough to last. I don't plan on dropping my laptop, but I think it will survive a normal fall if it's closed. What I like best about this case (besides its looks) is that it's not that hard for your MacBook Air to open fully when you're looking at an angle of around 120 degrees! I've had many other hard cases and they ALL add enough weight to create this effect. I'm really impressed on day one and will update in a month or so for a follow up. At the same time, make sure you're not wasting your money. I would like to know what materials were used so I can better describe the product. It says on the box that there is a one year warranty.
