Great for wireless use at home as the main PC

Time is of the essence and it's time for me to ditch my old Boat Anchor PC and find a new all-in-one home PC that does the same can do work-related tasks. My computer requires: * Basic web browsing. * Basic home finance and planning tools (like spreadsheets and programs to help with household organization). * Work. I work from home and need a PC powerful enough to work remotely.* Wireless connectivity.* Compact model. What I don't need:* Video streaming (which is the main reason people buy this model).* Games. For my needs, this Acer is PERFECT. I gave up the crappy Acer keyboard and kept my Microsoft Wireless 3000. I also bought some wireless speakers (Logitech Wireless USB Speaker Z515) and a wireless print server (Canon Silex Pricom C-6700WG Wireless MFP/Print Server). Although my Acer computer is close enough to my Netgear WiFi router to connect, I decided to use WiFi there as well to reduce the number of cables. I now have an AMAZING wireless existence in my home office. Product. I did a lot of research and really think this is the best model for my needs. Dell Zino is good too, but I chose Acer because I prefer doing business with Revain. The Dell website invites you to purchase accessories manufactured by Dell or Dell business partners. I wanted more accessories so I chose Revain. I know I could order a Dell and then order other things from Revain, but it was just more convenient to have everything run through Revain. Let's be honest. Computers these days have so much processing power that you don't really need a super-expensive home PC unless you have resource-intensive computing needs like gaming. Another plus is that this machine consumes very little electricity. Energy consumption was not on the list of mandatory requirements. But as someone who uses CFLs and LED bulbs to save energy, I find that a nice added benefit. Goodbye McAfee, hello free AVG.
