I am very happy with this scale! The weight measurement was accurate and 17 other things are checked. 18 total, including BMI, body age, muscle mass, bone mass, moisture level, etc. Nothing beats your ass like having your body 5 years older than your actual age. Also, each date value is rated as poor, good, or great. I had a few categories that fell short, and that's an important wake-up call. I also like his looks and size. It's small, slim and light. My previous scales were much larger and much heavier. And that's just playing with my weight. The app downloaded and synced with no issues. I have created a profile for each of my family members (including children). We all had a lot of fun checking our stats. A bonus that many other smart scales don't have is that they're rechargeable. Others have batteries that need to be replaced. To be honest, that was the original reason I chose this scale over other smart scales. And I'm so glad I did! Don't forget to weigh yourself barefoot. You can get your weight in socks/shoes, but you can't collect any other data. Which I think is the best part! My real weight is the least of my concerns. My mission is to build muscle and reduce visceral fat.
