Dimensions are incorrect. The distance to the toilet is 31.5 inches, not 33.5 inches. I have a 33 inch high toilet and it doesn't fit me because the legs are too short. If your toilet is higher than 31 inches, DO NOT BUY THIS! They measured from the bottom shelf to the floor to find what they thought the gap in the closet was. However, you didn't consider the front and back paneling under the shelf. It is 2 inches high and 1/2 inch thick. If you have at least 1/2 inch clearance between the back of your cistern and the wall and your cistern is very narrow, you can use this for a tall toilet. If your cistern sits flush with the wall, as in most toilets. , then it will NOT work for toilets larger than 31 inches.
