Excellent issue tracking tool & fantastic CS staff
Easy to use, great support team behind it all! I like everything about this software - its price is incredible value for what you get compared with other similar applications out there. Sooo many features in such an easy-to-use way that makes them so powerful as well (even though they are not expensive). Not much more needs saying here really. If your looking into bug managment/issue trackin then look no further than Bugnet. It does exactly what it says on the tin, has loads of options which can be configured easily too and most importantly their customer service department goes above n beyond when helping resolve any issues or questions we may have along our journey. We're using bug network solely at present but would definitely consider adding additional services from one time only account fees later down the line once some key projects come to fruition.
