I like it because is very good for managing business processes (procurement, sales process management). It's easy to use, with intuitive interface that allows me to quickly get used to all functions of the system. You can create your own reports using the API or by exporting data from Excel directly into PDF format. As far as my experience goes, there isn't anything special about this software - so everything works perfectly. If you're looking for an excellent tool for procurement/sales process management, then definitely go for it! The greatest benefit would be the possibility of creating specific forms / templates in order to automate certain tasks. This helped us save time and improve our productivity even more.
