It was great while it lasted. I tore my arms from fidgeting (as a result of nerve damage and the need to keep my arms in constant motion) and tried all sorts of fidget toys. Keeping my hands busy doing something other than attacking myself actually worked. But apparently it won't hold up to heavy use as the shifter mechanism ended up being ripped from the base and due to the design there's no way to easily fix it yourself. Trust me, my husband and I both tried. So three stars for what really works, but I'd give 1 star for durability.
