This stool is awesome! I currently have this item filled with 4 20" x 20" and 1 18" x 18" down pillows, 2 king duvet covers and 4 king duvet covers, 2 full size quilts and a set of small fleece comforters. I could have had more Could struggle but didn't want to damage the zip My son 10 years old demanded it and used it as a play seat all weekend after my first fill up He said it was really comfortable it obviously depends a lot on how and with what you stuff it. After sitting on it for about a day he compacted it and I was able to add duvet covers, an extra comforter and a second throw pillow. I used fleece blankets to try and smooth out and round out the sides. Picked it up and onto the Side rolling helped shape it a lot. Our kitty Pickle has now taken it in for bird watching. The fabric is attractive, has a subtle leather look and feels quite durable. I've seen that It works with many different styles as it's just a classic shape and style. This stool is easy to clean with a damp cloth, which won me over immediately when my brat spilled ice cream on it. The flash is probably the weakest link but I had no problems with it as I was very careful but I wouldn't want to fight it. Personally I was offered a larger/larger size as it's more of a footstool than an ottoman, but for tucking under a coffee table or end table they would be perfect. I'm just glad I have a nice way of hiding so many bed linens in plain sight.
