all my shoes and boots are a 10 or 10 EE, I bought them for 11 because other reviews order a size up. a bit snuggly soft on the inside but a bit slippery on the heel, they'll probably stretch a bit, the fur packs after a while and doesn't feel that snug. Update 02/06/17 I've had it less than a month and I can feel the rubber pad in the heels. The supports are rubber squares and I can feel every line of the square pressing against my heels, VERY uncomfortable! they stretch a bit and aren't that tight. But now with heels I don't even feel the toe padding, just the support structure, it's like they use burnt waffles as shoes
