Review on Dosimeter scintillation RadiaCode-101 with spectrometer function by Adam Nikodem ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A good product, more pros than cons.

Speckrom did not learn to use. The device is quite sane for monitoring. Recently, during the rain at night, I began to show up to 30 micro-roentgens on the street in the rain, I was very surprised. I bring home, 9 units, on the street from 23 on the grass, to 30+ over a puddle. It definitely doesn't look like a glitch. The next day everything is fine. Mystery for me.

Pros
  • Nimble, does not overload at higher doses of 1000 microroentgens, unlike cheaper ones. If you do not use sound and vibration, then it lasts up to a month, and if you use it, it lasted me a maximum of 5 days. Perhaps until the battery was overclocked.
Cons
  • I watched comparisons with other more expensive counterparts, subjectively understates by 2.5 units. But it will not be different, only 1 cubic cm of the sensor, and not 3, as in another similar and 2 times expensive device.
